A successful end of year!

As the year drew to a close, BONDS secured a new Contract with one of Surrey’s leading Prime Residential Developers. Providing support at various levels; Strategy through to Delivery, we look forward to enhancing this relationship during 2018.

Our involvement in the “Shoreditch projects” continues as we have been appointed by the same main contractor to provide preconstruction design management services for the second stage of another D&B project. This is very interesting project with complex party wall issues and bespoke external glazing, cladding and brickwork details.

Following our successful integration on the “Shoreditch Projects”, BONDS Design Management team have now been awarded a further contract, for a separate division within the business. A prime example of how our attention to detail and robust service, can lead to future work.

Kent Hospital extension / refurb achieves Practical Completion, where BONDS Managing Director; Richard Newland had been fulfilling the role of Client Project Manager.
