Years of experience have taught us that the services design and installation must be actively managed and co-ordinated with all other disciplines. At BONDS we have taken the initiative to bring Services Management in-house and via our Technical Services Management team, we support our clients at every stage of the journey. 

Commencing with a strategic overview, a BONDS Technical Services representative will assess your current obligations, aspiration and capabilities, setting in place an appropriate/ scaled management programme. Once agreed, we would work with your team to embed robust process, whilst progressively helping to de-risk current operations and maximise the opportunities that may be available. 


If your needs are more delivery focused, a BONDS Technical Services representative will conduct an audit of the project, the information available and the obligations imposed upon the respective team members. Following which, a robust management plan will be created for your consideration and adoption. Beit remaining at a Strategic Level, or providing a live project delivery management service, BONDS can tailor their deployment to suit your needs.
